Bebe Liang was born on March 31, 1988 in Tarzana, California. She started skating in 1994 and currently trains with Frank Carroll at the All Year Figure Skating Club. She has competed at the US National Championships since 1999 coming as high as fourth overall in 2007. On the ISU Junior Grand Prix series she won her two events in 2002 qualifying her for the 2002 ISU Junior Grand Prix Final where she placed fourth. She has made two appearances at the ISU Junior World Championships where she placed fourth overall in 2002. She has also made three appearances at the ISU Four Continents Championships winning the bronze medal in 2006. Bebe placed top ten at the ISU World Championships in 2008.
