VICTORIA, BC - The showcase events of the 2011 Skate Canada season are on the launch pad and Skatebuzz gives viewers a rinkside pass with live streaming of the 2011 BMO Skate Canada Junior Nationals along with 2011 BMO Canadian Figure Skating Championships practice sessions.

See tomorrow’s skating stars TODAY as live streaming of the junior nationals gets underway on Monday, Jan. 17th from the Save-On Foods Memorial Centre in picturesque Victoria, BC. Skatebuzz will showcase every novice and junior performance with live four-day coverage.

As an added bonus, catch the best senior skaters in Canada, including Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, Patrick Chan and Cynthia Phaneuf, tune up for the 2011 BMO Canadian Figure Skating Championships as practice sessions are streamed live on Thursday, Jan. 20 beginning at 8:00 AM PST.

CBC will broadcast the BMO Canadian Figure Skating Championships from Victoria, with the first skaters hitting the ice on Friday, Jan. 21.
